Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Horticultural Assistant located in Bharuch. The Horticultural Assistant will be responsible for assisting in landscaping and plant care around company premises, performing routine maintenance tasks like weeding, pruning, and irrigation, and ensuring the health of green spaces. Additional responsibilities include monitoring plant growth, maintaining gardening equipment, overseeing pest management, and assisting with seasonal planting projects. The role will also involve collaboration with the sustainability team to support environmental initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in Horticulture, Landscaping, and Plant Care
• Skills in Pest Management, Irrigation Systems, and Soil Health Monitoring
• Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance, Tool Use, and Green Space Upkeep
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Knowledge of sustainable gardening practices is a plus
• Certificate or diploma in Horticulture, Agriculture, or a related field is preferred
