• 🔹 About the Role

• We are looking for a dynamic and experienced

  Account Head

  to lead our accounting and finance department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance, managing budgets, and leading the accounts team toward organisational financial goals.

• 🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including AP/AR, payroll, and general ledger.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Conduct internal audits and implement process improvements.
• Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and financial institutions.
• Monitor cash flow, fund allocation, and financial risk management.
• Develop and lead the accounting team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Support management in financial decision-making with timely insights.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure high standards of financial discipline.
