🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee

    end-to-end finalization of accounts

  • Prepare and review

    Trial Balance, Profit & Loss, and Balance Sheet

    .
  • Manage

    costing, budgeting, and financial planning

    .
  • Ensure timely and accurate

    GST, TDS, and statutory compliances

    .
  • Monitor daily accounting operations and lead the accounts team.
  • Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.
  • Improve processes and maintain financial accuracy and transparency.
  • Manage cash flow, fund planning, and financial reporting.

🔹 Requirements:

  • 20–25 years of strong experience in accounting & finance.
  • In-depth knowledge of

    Tally, GST, TDS, costing, and balance sheet preparation

    .
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage a team and handle complete accounts independently.
