Roles & Responsibilities

• 1. Financial Reporting:
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and statements.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
• Accounts Payable and Receivable:
• 2. Oversee the accounts payable and receivable functions.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
• Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring sufficient liquidity.
• General Ledger Management:
• 3. Maintain the general ledger and ensure all transactions are recorded accurately.
• Perform regular reconciliations of accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and post journal entries as required.
• Payroll Management:
• 4. Oversee the payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payroll transactions.
• Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and tax filings.
• Address and resolve payroll-related issues and inquiries.
• Internal Controls and Compliance:
• 5. Implement and maintain effective internal control systems.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
• 5. Team Leadership and Development:
• Lead, train, and mentor the accounting team.
• Delegate tasks effectively and ensure team members are meeting performance expectations.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
