Account Executive

Job Role: Accountant - Ginesys ERP Specialist (or Trainee)Key Responsibilities: Daily Accounting Entries + Reports: Record and manage daily financial transactions, including sales, purchases, payments, and receipts, using Ginesys ERP or other accounting tools. Ensure all transactions are accurately categorized and comply with accounting standards. Inventory and Stock Management: Maintain accurate inventory records in Ginesys ERP. Reconcile stock data between physical inventory and system records. Reconciliation and Reporting: Perform regular bank, vendor, and customer account reconciliations. Generate financial reports, such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports, as required. Tax and Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate GST, TDS, and other statutory entries. Assist with the preparation and filing of tax returns and compliance documents. [R1 & 3B] Software Proficiency: Utilize Ginesys ERP efficiently to streamline accounting processes. Learn and adapt quickly to the Ginesys system if not already familiar. Administrative Coordination: Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams for account-related queries. Maintain accurate and updated records for audits and internal reviews. Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Basic knowledge of accounting principles and software. Proficiency in MS Excel and willingness to learn Ginesys ERP. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Preferred Qualifications:Prior experience in ERP software (e.g., Ginesys, Tally) is a plus. Familiarity with retail accounting or inventory management will be advantageous.
