Job Role: Accountant - Ginesys ERP Specialist (or Trainee)Key Responsibilities: Daily Accounting Entries + Reports: Record and manage daily financial transactions, including sales, purchases, payments, and receipts, using Ginesys ERP or other accounting tools. Ensure all transactions are accurately categorized and comply with accounting standards. Inventory and Stock Management: Maintain accurate inventory records in Ginesys ERP. Reconcile stock data between physical inventory and system records. Reconciliation and Reporting: Perform regular bank, vendor, and customer account reconciliations. Generate financial reports, such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports, as required. Tax and Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate GST, TDS, and other statutory entries. Assist with the preparation and filing of tax returns and compliance documents. [R1 & 3B] Software Proficiency: Utilize Ginesys ERP efficiently to streamline accounting processes. Learn and adapt quickly to the Ginesys system if not already familiar. Administrative Coordination: Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams for account-related queries. Maintain accurate and updated records for audits and internal reviews. Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Basic knowledge of accounting principles and software. Proficiency in MS Excel and willingness to learn Ginesys ERP. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Preferred Qualifications:Prior experience in ERP software (e.g., Ginesys, Tally) is a plus. Familiarity with retail accounting or inventory management will be advantageous. Job Summary: The ERP Operator is responsible for managing and entering data into the company’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. This role ensures that all data is accurate, up-to-date, and entered in a timely manner to support the company’s operational processes and decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Data Entry and Maintenance: Verify and correct data discrepancies and errors. Maintain data integrity and consistency across the ERP system. Data Management: Monitor and manage data entry queues and workflows. Ensure data is organized and accessible for reporting and analysis. Assist in the development and implementation of data management policies and procedures. Support and Training: Provide support to other departments in data entry and ERP system usage. Assist in training new employees on ERP system functionalities and data entry procedures. Reporting and Documentation: Generate and distribute routine and ad-hoc reports from the ERP system. Document data entry procedures and guidelines. Assist in the creation of user manuals and training materials. System Maintenance: Collaborate with IT to troubleshoot and resolve ERP system issues. Participate in ERP system upgrades and testing. Suggest improvements to enhance ERP system efficiency and usability. Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred. Experience: Proven experience in data entry or a similar role. Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Ginesys, Logic, Zoho) is desirable. Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for extended periods. Manual dexterity for operating a computer and other office equipment. Working Conditions: Office environment with standard business hours.
