Job Overview: As the Business Development person , you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth strategy. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and leading a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities: This Role is Channel Sales + BD (Over all Full cycle sale from lead generation to end closer) Also this is individual role, team-lead is not included. Market Analysis and Strategy: Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify business opportunities and industry trends. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives in the (Location) Region. Business Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic partnerships, alliances, and direct client engagements. Business Expansion Through Architect , Consultant , builders, PMC , Dealers etc. Expand the company's market presence by developing and executing effective business development strategies. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and nurture relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring client satisfaction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service to clients. Revenue Generation: Achieve and exceed revenue targets for the Location Region. Implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Business Development or in a similar Building material ( Lights, titles, furnitures, glass , Bath & sanitary) . Strong understanding of the Lighting market in the Location Region. Demonstrated success in achieving revenue targets and business expansion. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
