Maintain and update books of accounts (general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation, etc.).
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, Income Tax, etc.).
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Monitor cash flow, fund management, and expense tracking.
Coordinate with auditors for statutory and internal audits.
Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory filings within deadlines.
Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of financial data.
Support payroll processing and related compliance.
Assist management in cost control and financial planning activities.
Handle vendor and client reconciliations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance (B.Com/M.Com/CA Inter preferred).
Proven work experience as an Accountant (X years, depending on level).
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally ERP/SAP/QuickBooks/MS Excel).
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Ability to manage deadlines and multitask effectively.
