Job Title: Account Executive (with Tally Experience)

Job Title: Accounts Executive

Budget : upto 3.50000 PA

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Accountant with strong expertise in Tally, payroll management, and statutory compliance to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of accounting principles, payroll systems, and statutory regulations, and will be responsible for managing financial transactions, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounting & Bookkeeping:
• Maintain accurate financial records using Tally ERP.
• Prepare and manage general ledger entries, journal entries, and bank reconciliation.
• Ensure that all financial transactions are recorded correctly and in a timely manner.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Payroll Management:
• Process employee salaries, bonuses, and other payroll-related items.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as income tax, PF, ESI, and other deductions.
• Generate payslips and provide necessary documentation for employees.
• Manage payroll reports and assist in payroll audits.
• Statutory Compliance:
• Ensure timely filing of tax returns (GST, Income Tax, TDS, etc.).
• Prepare and file statutory returns (GST, ESI, PF, PT, etc.).
• Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and statutory compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with government bodies and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Financial Reporting & Analysis:
• Prepare financial statements, profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights into the company’s financial performance.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Audit Support:
• Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.
• Address audit queries and work on improving the company’s internal control systems.
• Other Duties:
• Assist with other accounting and administrative tasks as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline accounting processes and reporting.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (MBA or CA (Inter) preferred).
• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting, payroll, and statutory compliance.
• Hands-on experience with Tally ERP and other accounting software.
• Strong understanding of Indian tax laws (GST, Income Tax, TDS), Payroll processing, and Statutory compliance.
• Proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office applications.

Work Experience:

• Previous experience in accounting roles, particularly in payroll processing and statutory compliance.
• Hands-on experience working with Tally ERP for day-to-day accounting activities.
• Knowledge and experience with tax returns (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.) and other compliance-related work.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
