Ltd.Location: Talwade, PuneDepartment: Accounts & FinanceReporting To: Accounts Manager / Finance HeadJob Summary:We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting tasks, including TDS return filing, GST payments and returns, and Bank Guarantee documentation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in accounting operations, statutory compliance, and coordination with financial institutions.Key Responsibilities:Record and manage daily accounting entries (sales, purchases, payments, receipts, journals)Prepare and file TDS returns (24Q, 26Q) and ensure timely TDS paymentsMonthly GST calculation, payment, and return filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9)Reconciliation of GSTR-2A/2B with input credit registersHandle Bank Guarantee (BG) documentation — including applications, renewals, tracking expiry, and coordination with banksCoordinate with clients/customers for BG submissions and follow-upPerform bank reconciliations, vendor account reconciliations, and maintain ledgersPrepare monthly MIS reports, Balance Sheets, and Profit & Loss statementsSupport in payroll processing, staff reimbursements, and audit preparationsMaintain records of all tax payments, challans, and financial documentsRequired Skills & Qualifications:B.Com / M.Com / MBA in Finance2–5 years of experience in core accounting functionsProficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, GST and TDS portalsStrong knowledge of TDS, GST, and Bank Guarantee proceduresExperience in working with banks for BG issuance and follow-upGood communication and documentation skillsSalary: Based on experience and industry standardsJob Type: Full-TimeWork Location: On-site (Talwade, Pune)Joining: Immediate or within notice period contact number - 9890900042
