Senior Sales Engineer

:

The Sales Engineer will be responsible for promoting, demonstrating, and selling our range of industrial cleaning and SPM (Special Purpose Machines). The role combines technical knowledge with strong sales and communication skills to understand customer needs, recommend suitable solutions, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial sectors.
• Visit clients to understand technical requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products and services.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve assigned targets.
• Coordinate with the design and production team to ensure timely delivery and installation.
• Maintain good relationships with existing customers for repeat and referral business.
• Provide after-sales technical support and resolve customer issues.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
• Ensure proper documentation for quotations, inquiries, and purchase orders.

• Good understanding of mechanical or electrical systems.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to understand technical drawings and specifications.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
• Willingness to travel frequently.

Qualification & Experience:

• Education:

  Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.

• Experience:

  13 years in industrial equipment or machinery sales (preferably cleaning or SPM machines).

• Computer Skills:

  MS Office, CRM software, AutoCAD (added advantage).

Assist in machine assembly trials and testing during development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

BE / BTech in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

2+ years of experience in SPM design or industrial automation.
