Job Description

Key Responsibilities Financial Data Management: Perform daily accounting entries for sales, purchases, receipts, and payments. Reconciliation: Conduct regular bank, ledger, and vendor reconciliation to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly. Invoicing and Billing: Prepare and process invoices, track accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), and follow up on outstanding payments. Reporting: Assist with the preparation of financial reports, including the Profit & Loss statement and Balance Sheet. Statutory Compliance: Handle tasks related to GST, TDS, and other tax and statutory compliances. Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation for audits. Required Skills & Qualifications Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar accounts role. Technical Proficiency: Must be proficient in Tally.Prime, including data entry, ledger creation, voucher management, and report generation. Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field. Knowledge: Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, GST, and TDS. Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel.
