Tally Entries: Execute Tally entries with precision, ensuring adherence to accounting standards. 2. Tally Prime Proficiency: Showcase advanced skills in navigating and utilizing Tally Prime software for efficient financial management. 3. GST and TDS Knowledge: Possess a robust understanding of GST (Goods and Services Tax) and TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) to ensure compliance with tax regulations. 4. Dedication and Discipline: Exhibit a high level of dedication and discipline in executing daily accounting tasks, maintaining confidentiality, and meeting deadlines. 5. Performance Review: Regularly review and assess individual performance, providing constructive feedback for continual improvement. 6. Bonus and Increment: Eligible candidates can anticipate a Diwali bonus, with performance-based increments provided through periodic reviews. Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. - Proven experience in accounting practices and Tally Prime usage. - Proficiency in using Tally Prime software. - Basic knowledge of GST and TDS regulations. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
