A Senior Motion Graphic Designer is responsible for leading the creation, design, and execution of high-quality motion graphics and animated content for diverse media platforms, often managing projects from concept through completion while ensuring brand consistency and mentoring junior team members. Collaborate with creative teams and stakeholders on concept development, storyboarding, and final execution. Extensive experience (usually 3+ years) in motion graphics design and professional video editing. Expertise in industry-standard design and animation software, such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and (ideally) Cinema 4D or Maya. Excellent project management, attention to detail, and communication skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet demanding deadlines. Stay current with design trends, animation techniques, and emerging media tools.
