- Own the revenue and forecast for the assigned brands. Determine and negotiate budget requirements, contribute to fee development, and drive new business opportunities to help brands grow into mega brands
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative partnerships between clients and all internal teams / departments involved in delivering work
- Oversees and manage multiple projects simultaneously, developing account strategies and providing strategic recommendations to ensure overall account success

(Expected growth by 50-60% and Expected margin 40-45% to be maintained on strategic mega accounts) - Growth in the billing no. of existing mega accounts annually (accounts that have grown to $2m in revenues or more) - Conversion percentage of the number of briefs received annually - No of new accounts won and acquired annually - Successful project completion rate within established timelines and budgets - Tracking a cultural relevance score of 3.5/5 on all projects
