Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Manage and oversee the daily operations of the finance and accounting department. Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes. Develop and maintain internal control policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings. Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements. Lead the annual audit process with external auditors. Supervise and develop a team of accountants and finance staff. Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury functions. Implement cost accounting strategies and support pricing and product profitability analysis. Oversee inventory accounting and ensure accurate valuation and reconciliation. Coordinate with operations and production teams for financial planning and reporting. Use ERP systems effectively; ensure integrity and accuracy of data.
