Job Title: Academic Mentor (Male)

Location: Kozhikode, Kerala

Role Objective

The Academic Mentor is responsible for bridging the gap between classroom teaching and student results. You will use data analytics to monitor progress, provide psychological and academic support, and ensure a disciplined residential learning environment for NEET/JEE and Board aspirants.

Core Responsibilities

1. Performance Analytics & Strategy

• Data Monitoring: Analyze student results across DPPs, Chapter Exams, and Mock Tests to identify performance trends.
• Gap Analysis: Diagnose discrepancies between descriptive (Board) and objective (NEET/JEE) scores.
• Intervention: Develop and implement weekly corrective action plans for low-performing students to ensure measurable growth.

2. Mentorship & Residential Oversight

• Direct Counseling: Conduct one-on-one sessions to address academic hurdles and emotional well-being; maintain detailed review logs.
• Environment Management: Oversee hostel discipline and study-hour adherence to maintain a high-productivity atmosphere.
• Target Setting: Lead motivational briefings to set short-term goals and facilitate structured doubt-clearing sessions.

3. Stakeholder & Administrative Management

• Parental Liaison: Provide bi-weekly updates on student progress, attendance, and behavioral development.
• Operational Support: Manage fee tracking/portal entry, coordinate weekly test logistics, and align with Academic Coordinators on curriculum timelines.

Required Competencies

• Syllabus Knowledge: Strong understanding of Class 11–12 Boards and NEET/JEE exam patterns.
• Data Literacy: Ability to translate complex performance metrics into actionable study strategies.
• Communication: High-level persuasion and empathy for counseling students and managing parent expectations.
• Efficiency: Proven ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines in a high-pressure academic environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
