Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Academic Mentor to guide students enrolled in our Integrated School Program (NEET, JEE, and Board preparation). The role involves close academic monitoring, personalized mentorship, and effective coordination to help students achieve excellence in both board and competitive examinations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Performance Monitoring

• Track and evaluate student performance in Daily Practice Problems (DPPs) and Chapter-Wise Exams (CWEs).
• Analyze academic data to identify learning gaps and implement corrective strategies for improvement.
• Collaborate with faculty to ensure timely academic interventions and progress tracking.

2. Curriculum Alignment

• Ensure balanced and comprehensive coverage of both Board and Competitive exam syllabi.
• Support students in integrating preparation for NEET/JEE with Board requirements through effective time management and study techniques.
• Coordinate with academic teams to maintain consistency between lesson plans, assessments, and learning outcomes.

3. Student Mentorship & Support

• Mentor a cohort of 35+ students, maintaining detailed academic records and progress reports.
• Set academic goals, conduct regular feedback and doubt-clearing sessions, and motivate students to stay focused and disciplined.
• Monitor attendance, classroom participation, and adherence to hostel and academic schedules.

4. Parent Communication

• Conduct bi-weekly performance review meetings and share student progress updates.
• Address parental concerns regarding academics, curriculum balance, or administrative matters with professionalism and empathy.
• Build strong parent-mentor relationships to ensure a supportive ecosystem for student success.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
