Job Description

Account Manager Key Responsibilities : Visit assigned schools periodically to review and report on the overall progress of children, teachers, and school implementation to the school management. ● Handle and resolve client escalations promptly, ensuring appropriate and satisfactory solutions are provided. ● Ensure timely renewal of all partner schools assigned under the respective Training Managers (TMs). ● Follow up with schools regularly to ensure on-time payment collection. ● Conduct parent engagement initiatives to increase awareness and understanding of the Kreedo curriculum. ● Review and approve daily reports prepared by TMs before they are shared with school management. ● Analyze academic and operational reports, assessments, and provide actionable feedback and corrective measures to improve overall implementation.
