Academic Manager

As an Academic Manager at Khan Global Studies in Noida, your role will involve managing the operations of the Banking category batches. You will be responsible for tasks such as maintaining FCMS, organizing batch arrangements with faculties, and overseeing lectures calendar and student details. Your duties will also include handling reports and data of the academy, tracking individual student progress, collaborating with faculties to create course content, and conducting mock tests and practice sessions tailored to Banking exam patterns. Additionally, you will assist in developing marketing strategies to attract more students to the Banking batches and prepare academic planners according to subject priorities. Key Responsibilities: - Manage operations of the Banking category batches - Maintain FCMS and batch arrangements with faculties - Organize lectures calendar and student details - Handle reports, data, and track individual student progress - Collaborate with faculties to create course content - Conduct mock tests and practice sessions for Banking exams - Maintain relationships with faculties and assist with handouts for batches - Assist in developing marketing strategies and prepare academic planners Qualifications: - Proven experience in teaching, academic operations, or mentoring students for Banking exams - Bachelor's degree in a respected stream; Master's degree preferred - Qualified in Banking Exams (e.g. SBI PO/SO/Clerk, IBPS PO/SO/Clerk/RRB, RBI Officer & NABARD) - Strong knowledge of Banking exam patterns, syllabus, and preparation strategies In addition to the responsibilities and qualifications mentioned above, you are required to stay updated with the latest trends and changes in Banking exams, maintain professionalism and confidentiality, and have a passion for education and technology.
