Job Description

Key Responsibilities : • Conduct regular visits to the assigned schools on a daily basis to observe and assess the implementation process • Train the teachers on the academic implementation of the Kreedo curriculum • Write detailed observation reports based on the visits. • Offer guidance and support to school owners in implementing the Kreedo curriculum • Own the on-boarding, product training and support function of Kreedo once the deal is closed by sales and BD team. • Identify training needs, create training plans, and deploy effective training methods. • Asses training program effectiveness, stay updated on training requirements to ensure the organization’s training initiatives are aligned with set.
