📌 Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic, experienced, and visionary Academic Head for Physics who has a proven track record of teaching Physics for IIT-JEE Advanced and NEET aspirants. The candidate will lead the Physics department, strategize academic delivery, support student performance improvement, and actively contribute to the development of an AI-based academic product tailored for competitive exam preparation.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Head the Physics department for IIT-JEE and NEET programs.

• Curate and bifurcate the Physics syllabus strategically for different batches and difficulty levels.

• Ensure quality academic delivery through regular mentor reviews, class audits, and feedback implementation.

• Develop exam-specific strategies and problem-solving techniques to improve student selection rates.

• Build and assist in the development of an AI-powered academic product for student performance tracking, test analytics, and personalized learning.

• Organize regular doubt-clearing sessions, remedial classes, and strategy workshops for students.

• Ensure academic mentoring and one-on-one support for top-performing as well as underperforming students.

• Coordinate with other subject heads to align academic goals and execution plans.

• Design high-quality mock tests, assignments, and study materials aligned with the latest IIT-JEE Advanced and NEET patterns.

• Keep track of changes in competitive exam trends, syllabus, and marking schemes.

• Provide continuous academic guidance, motivational support, and mentoring to students.

📌 Mandatory Requirements:

• Only IIT Graduates (B.Tech/M.Tech) with a minimum of 5 years of exclusive Physics teaching experience for IIT-JEE Advanced aspirants.

• Strong conceptual clarity in Physics with a passion for mentoring.

• Proven history of producing top ranks/selections in IIT-JEE and NEET.

• Deep understanding of IIT-JEE Advanced, NEET exam patterns, syllabus structures, and preparation methodologies.

• Experience in academic planning, batch management, and performance improvement strategies.

• Tech-savvy with an inclination towards EdTech innovations and AI-based learning tools.
