We cater to students from Kindergarten to Grade 12 (K9–K12), empowering them with tools that make learning engaging, effective, and outcomes-driven.
• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Business Development Associates (BDAs).
• Design and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly enrollment targets.
• Build strong relationships with parents and students, understanding their needs and recommending suitable learning programs.
• Monitor and analyze sales pipeline, team performance, and conversion rates using CRM tools.
• Ensure consistent lead follow-ups, timely closures, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales goals.
• Conduct regular training sessions for BDAs to improve pitch quality and objection handling.
• Represent NNIIT in school campaigns, webinars, and offline events when needed.
• 3–5 years of experience in EdTech sales or business development, preferably in the K9–K12 domain.
• Proven experience in team management and sales leadership.
• Strong knowledge of Indian school education boards (CBSE, ICSE, State).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Telugu/Hindi.
• Proficiency in CRM systems (Zoho, LeadSquared, etc.) and Microsoft Office.
• Goal-oriented mindset with data-driven decision-making skills.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Education.
• Hands-on experience in both telesales and face-to-face counseling.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven EdTech environment.
• Fixed compensation up to ₹10 LPA + monthly/quarterly incentives.
• Leadership role with team-building and career development support.
