About The Opportunity

We operate in the international education and student mobility sector, specialising in US higher-education admissions counseling for Indian applicants. This is an on-site role based in India, focused on delivering end-to-end guidance—from profile assessment and application strategy through to interview and pre-departure readiness—for students targeting US undergraduate and graduate programmes.Role & Responsibilities
  • Conduct one-on-one academic counselling sessions to evaluate student profiles, objectives, and target program fit; create personalised admissions roadmaps and timelines.
  • Develop and execute application strategies including university shortlisting, program-fit analysis, and timeline management for multiple admission cycles.
  • Provide detailed coaching and iterative feedback on personal statements, SOPs, resumes/CVs, and supplemental essays to maximise acceptance chances.
  • Advise students on standardized tests (SAT/ACT/TOEFL/IELTS), craft test-prep plans, and coordinate with test-prep partners as needed.
  • Manage application submissions across Common App, Coalition, and university portals; maintain accurate status tracking and reporting in the CRM.
  • Prepare students for admissions interviews and conduct pre-departure briefings; liaise with partner institutions and internal teams for smooth handoffs.
