Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Be the primary point of contact for students for academic guidance, course selection, and scheduling.
Coordinafe with teachers to manage class timings, batch formation, and course delivery.
Help plan and organize class schedules to ensure smooth learning experiences.
Guide prospective students about our courses.
Handle the registration process for students interested in joining.
Share important information and data with other teams as needed.
Maintain student records and keep them informed about class updates.
Work closely with both academic and administrative teams to ensure high-quality education delivery.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree or higher in Education, Management, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in student counseling, academic coordination, or administrative roles (freshers with strong communication skills can also apply)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work collaboratively with academic and administrative teams
Proficient in using basic office software . MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools will be an additional skill.
Empathetic, student-focused, and proactive in solving problems
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Willingness to take ownership and show initiative in daily responsibilities
