The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing career guidance and support to students and professionals. This role involves assessing individual needs, offering advice on career paths, and assisting with job search strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Provide career counselling to students and professionals. - Assess individual career goals and aspirations. - Offer guidance on career paths and educational opportunities. - Assist with resume writing, interview preparation, and job search strategies. - Stay updated on industry trends and job market demands. - Conduct workshops and presentations on career-related topics. - Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company. Experience: - 6 months to 5 years of experience in career counselling or a related field. Working Days: - 6 days a week (9 AM - 6 PM) Compensation: - Up to 6.5 LPA (including 50K sales incentives) Industry: - Open to all industries, with a focus on BFSI (Big Ticket Size - approx. 10 lacs) - 6 months to 5 years of experience in career counselling or a related field.
