We are hiring for the role of Academic Counsellor in Bengaluru location !

Profile : Academic Counsellor

Salary: Upto 35k to 42k in hand.

6 days working.

Fixed day shifts.

Eligibility : Any graduate with minimum 6 months of experience in sales can apply for the same.

Candidate must have fluency in English and Hindi as well.

Roles and Responsibilities :

Counsel prospective students on academic programs, courses, and learning solutions.
Understand student needs, interests, and career goals to recommend suitable programs.
Explain course features, curriculum structure, learning outcomes, and benefits.
Promote and sell academic programs through consultative counselling (not hard selling).
Handle student inquiries via calls, emails, walk-ins, and online platforms.
Convert leads into enrollments by providing accurate academic guidance.
Build trust-based relationships with students and parents.
Conduct follow-ups to address concerns and close admissions.
