Position: Admissions Counselor / Senior Admissions Counselor
Type: Full-Time | On-site
🔍 What You’ll Do:
Counsel prospective students on UG & PG programs
Make 80–90 outreach calls/emails daily; manage follow-ups via CRM
Represent education fairs, school visits, and outreach events
Collaborate with education consultants and design coaching centers
Organize campus tours, events, and engagement activities
Build relationships with school counselors and academic influencers
Maintain student data and communication through ERP/CRM tools
📌 Qualifications & Key Traits:
Graduate (short-term courses or certifications are a plus)
1–2 years of admissions or counseling experience (freshers welcome with excellent communication skills)
Strong command of English & Hindi
Proactive, confident, and professional demeanor
Skilled in MS Office, email writing, and CRM tools
Based in or willing to relocate to Gurgaon/Dwarka
🕒 Working Hours:
Mon–Fri: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Sat: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM (2 Saturdays off/month)
