Job Title: Academic Advisor

Location: Palakkad

We are seeking a dedicated and student-focused Academic Advisor to guide learners in their academic journey. The role involves advising students on course selection, academic planning, and career pathways while ensuring a positive learning experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide academic counseling to students regarding programs, courses, and career opportunities.
• Assist students in developing personalized academic plans aligned with their goals.
• Monitor student progress and provide guidance to improve performance.
• Support students with academic challenges and connect them with appropriate resources.
• Conduct orientation sessions, workshops, and advising meetings.
• Maintain accurate student records and prepare progress reports.
• Collaborate with faculty and administration to support student success.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to guide students with empathy and patience.
• Knowledge of academic systems and student advising practices.
• Prior experience in academic advising, counseling, or student support preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
