Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Chennai for an Academic Advisor. The Academic Advisor will be responsible for providing personalized counseling and career guidance to students, assisting with university and course selection, supporting application and admission processes, offering scholarship and financial guidance, managing visa documentation and processing, and conducting pre-departure briefings and post-arrival support. The advisor will work closely with students to ensure a smooth and successful journey toward their educational goals. Qualifications Personalized Counseling and Career Guidance skills Experience with University and Course Selection Application and Admission support skills Scholarship and Financial Guidance skills Visa Documentation and Processing expertise Pre-Departure Briefing and Post-Arrival Support skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Experience in the education consultancy industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or related field
