Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Education Counselor, located in Mumbai. The representative will be responsible for contacting potential clients, explaining the benefits of our training workshop and associated curriculum, providing exceptional customer service, and aiding in the process of conversion from leads to customers. Daily tasks include cold calling, managing customer relationships, providing training, and offering ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do:

• Conduct 50-100 sales calls daily to identify potential clients and pitch our software solutions.
• The primary role of an education counselor is to drive sales and revenue generation by converting leads into enrolled students, They are the frontline of our business.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through diligent and persistent follow-ups (up to 15+ follow-ups if necessary).
• Close deals aggressively, with a focus on upselling and converting leads to buy our highest-tier plans.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets to unlock attractive performance incentives.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
