Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Advisor located in Noida. The Academic Advisor will help guide and support students in their career and academic journeys through personalized counseling and by developing tailored educational plans. Day-to-day responsibilities include advising students on course selection, providing career development guidance, identifying students’ educational goals, and offering consistent academic support throughout their programs.

Qualifications

• Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills to guide students in achieving their professional and academic objectives.
• Academic Advising and Education-related skills to assist students in planning and succeeding in their educational paths.
• Strong Communication skills for effective interaction with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Ability to build rapport and develop a supportive mentoring relationship with students.
• Experience in academic advising or student counseling is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or related fields.
