Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Academic Advisor for a full-time, on-site position at our New Delhi office. The Academic Advisor will support students by providing personalized academic and career counseling, guiding them in selecting suitable programs, and ensuring they succeed in their educational journey. Day-to-day responsibilities include advising students on academic opportunities, assisting with course selection, addressing queries, and maintaining accurate records of student progress. The role requires strong communication skills and a passion for education.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to provide tailored guidance and support
• Experience in Academic Advising and Education to assist students with program selection and academic success
• Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and educational institutions
• Ability to build productive relationships with students and focus on fostering their academic and career growth
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field
• Experience in education or academic advising is preferred but not mandatory
• Proficient in using technology and digital tools to manage student records and communications
