A QA/QC Engineer's

A QA/QC Engineer's job is to ensure a product or project meets quality standards through development, testing, and oversight. Key duties include creating quality plans, conducting inspections and audits, documenting results, collaborating with teams to resolve issues, and ensuring compliance with regulations and specifications. The role requires meticulous attention to detail and a strong understanding of the product or project lifecycle. 
Core responsibilities    Process development:    Develop and implement quality assurance and control processes, including creating method statements, checklists, and inspection and test plans (ITPs). Testing and inspection:Conduct daily inspections and complex tests to ensure compliance with technical specifications and standards. Collaboration:Work with production, engineering, and management teams to identify quality issues, implement improvements, and resolve problems. Documentation:Maintain detailed records of inspections, audits, non-conformances, and test results. Generate regular reports for management review. Compliance:Ensure all work and processes adhere to company requirements, government standards, and project-specific codes and specifications. Auditing:Perform internal and external audits of contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure quality compliance. Problem resolution:Monitor and manage non-conformance reports and other quality-related issues until they are resolved and closed.
