Key Responsibilities

• Lead the

  end-to-end implementation

  of the Zuora subscription management platform.
• Configure and optimize

  subscription models

  ,

  pricing rules

  , and

  billing workflows

  .
• Integrate Zuora with

  CRM

  ,

  ERP

  , and

  custom systems

  via APIs and connectors.
• Manage and support

  complex pricing configurations

  including usage-based, tiered, and custom discounts.
• Own and execute

  data migration plans

  , working with legacy systems and stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot issues related to subscriptions, invoices, amendments, and renewals.
• Provide

  post-implementation support

  , training, and documentation.

Required Skills

Primary Skills:

• Proven experience with

  Zuora implementation and support

  in a live production environment.
• Strong understanding of

  subscription billing models

  (recurring, usage-based, proration, add-ons).
• Experience with

  Zuora Billing

  ,

  Zuora CPQ

  , and

  Zuora Revenue

  is a major plus.
• Hands-on experience in

  Java

  ,

  REST/SOAP APIs

  , workflow automation, and custom objects in Zuora.
• Knowledge of

  data migration best practices

  between billing systems.

Secondary Skills:

• Familiarity with

  Salesforce

  ,

  Netsuite

  , or other CRM/ERP platforms.
• Understanding of

  revenue recognition

  and accounting implications in Zuora.
• Ability to work with

  technical teams

  and write simple scripts or data mapping logic.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in Agile delivery environments.

Preferred Qualification:

• Certification in Zuora Administrator or Zuora Billing Specialist.
• 4–8 years of overall experience in SaaS / Fintech / Subscription-based businesses.
• Background in finance or billing operations is desirable.
