Cold Email Marketing Expert


Responsibilities:


  • Design and implement a scalable cold email outreach strategy.
  • Warm up domains and maintain strong email deliverability.
  • Build targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar tools.
  • Write compelling, personalized email copy that resonates with IT project decision-makers.
  • Set up automation tools (e.g., Instantly, Lemlist, Smartlead, Woodpecker) to manage campaigns.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics (open rates, reply rates, bounce rates, conversions).
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize email subject lines, messaging, and sending schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other applicable regulations.


Requirements:


  • Proven experience running cold email campaigns for IT/Tech or B2B services.
  • Strong understanding of email deliverability best practices and domain warming strategies.
  • Proficiency in cold email platforms and CRM integration (HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.).
  • Excellent copywriting skills for professional, persuasive outreach.
  • Experience with lead enrichment and data tools like Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha, or similar.
  • Ability to analyze campaign data and provide actionable recommendations.


Nice-to-Have Skills:


  • Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and LinkedIn outreach strategies.
  • Familiarity with sales funnel building and marketing automation workflows.
  • Experience in multi-channel outreach (cold email + LinkedIn).
