Job Description

Position Overview We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Zuora Developer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions using the Zuora platform, focused on enhancing billing processes and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. This is an on-site role that requires a deep understanding of the Zuora environment along with a strong background in billing systems. Role Responsibilities Design and implement Zuora solutions tailored to meet business requirements. Develop and test API integrations with external systems. Configure and customize billing solutions to optimize processes. Analyze and improve data models for better reporting and billing accuracy. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Zuora implementations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and document technical specifications. Provide ongoing support and training to users for Zuora functionalities. Monitor system performance and implement effective enhancements. Develop comprehensive documentation for developed systems and processes. Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings to discuss project statuses and tasks. Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders. Perform code reviews and maintain high coding standards. Stay updated with Zuora product features and enhancements. Ensure compliance with security and data privacy regulations. Contribute to project planning and timelines by providing accurate estimates for development tasks. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 3+ years of experience as a Zuora Developer or in a similar role. Strong understanding of the Zuora platform and its capabilities. Proficient in API integrations and managing billing solutions. Experience with data modeling and working with SQL databases. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills. Experience in creating technical documentation. Knowledge of financial software or ERP systems is a plus. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing environments. Professional certification in Zuora is an advantage.
