AI Learning Experience Designer As an AI Learning Experience Designer (ID/LED), you will be responsible for designing and contextualizing cutting-edge, instructor-led AI training programs for both technical and non-technical audiences. You will collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), instructional designers, and product managers to create engaging, outcome-driven learning experiences that help learners grasp, apply, and innovate with AI technologies. Use mobile apps for tracking phlebotomist productivity, conveyance, and route optimization. Prepare MIS reports for operations, productivity, client satisfaction, and quality metrics. Handle escalations, queries, and service issues related to sample pickups, reports, TAT, and outsourced tests. Plan and execute camp activities. Qualification Graduate/Postgraduate in DMLT/BMLT or any Healthcare Management or related field. 10+ years of relevant experience in healthcare/home collection/phlebotomy operations.
