💰 Ctc: ₹ 28-34 lacs(including fixed and variable bonus)

The Zonal Sales & Operations Manager – North & East will lead sales, profitability, and operations across 69 EBO stores. Key responsibilities include driving revenue growth, ensuring SOP compliance, managing inventory, and enhancing customer experience. The role demands strong leadership of multi-location teams, strategic business planning, and cross-functional collaboration. Candidates should have 10–15 years of retail experience, preferably in apparel or lifestyle, with proven P&L ownership and data-driven decision-making. Frequent travel is required. Success will be measured by sales targets, profitability, audit scores, team productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics
