SBI Payment Services Pvt. Ltd., a joint venture between SBI and Hitachi Payment Services Pvt. Ltd., specializes in Merchant Acquiring Business (MAB). Our services include sourcing, merchant relationship management, and support services for complaints, primarily for SBI, the largest commercial bank in India. We enable merchants to perform cashless transactions through various digital payment solutions like Point-of-Sale (PoS) machines, Bharat QR, and BHIM-Aadhaar-SBI. Our extensive network connects with numerous merchants across India.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Zonal Sales Manager located in Jorhat. The Zonal Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations within the assigned zone, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include managing and guiding the sales team, building and maintaining relationships with merchants, monitoring market trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role demands regular reporting on sales performance and market conditions.

Qualifications

Experience in sales management, sales strategies, and achieving sales targets
Team management, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in analyzing market trends and competitor activities
Strong communication and customer relationship management skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Experience in the payment services or financial services industry is a plus
Willingness to travel within the zone as required
