Job Description

Role Overview
We are looking for a performance-driven Zonal Sales Operations Manager to lead and manage sales, profitability, and operational excelence across 69 Exclusive Brand Outlet (EBO) stores in the North East regions. The role requires a strong retail leader with a proven track record in driving revenue growth, managing large multi-location teams, ensuring compliance with SOPs, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.


Key Responsibilities


Sales Revenue Growth
  • Achieve and exceed zonal sales targets and profitability goals.
  • Analyze store performance, identify gaps, and implement action plans for improvement.
  • Drive upseling, cross-seling, and new product adoption to maximize sales.
Store Operations Management
  • Ensure operational compliance with company SOPs across al stores.
  • Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and shrinkage control.
  • Maintain high visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines.

Team Leadership Development
  • Lead and manage Regional Managers / Area Managers and store teams across 69
outlets.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop team capabilities to meet sales and operational goals.
  • Conduct periodic performance reviews and succession planning.

Customer Experience
  • Drive a customer-first culture across al stores.
  • Monitor and improve NPS, mystery audit scores, and service quality metrics.
  • Ensure quick resolution of escalations and customer feedback.

Business Planning Reporting
  • Prepare and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual business plans for the zone.
  • Monitor KPIs including sales, conversion rate, ATV (Average Transaction Value), and UPT
(Units Per Transaction).
  • Present zonal performance reports and insights to senior leadership.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Marketing for regional activations and campaigns.
  • Coordinate with VM, HR, Supply Chain, and Training teams for smooth operations.
  • Align with Finance on budgets, store expenses, and profitability metrics.

Key Requirements
  • Experience: 10–15 years in retail sales operations, with at least 5 years in a
zonal/regional leadership role.
  • Domain: Strong experience managing EBO formats in apparel, footwear, or lifestyle retail.

  • Skills:
    • Proven ability to manage large multi-location teams and P L responsibility.
    • Strong business acumen with data-driven decision-making ski ls.
    • Hands-on experience with retail KPIs, store audits, and operational excelence.
    • Education: Graduate / MBA preferred.
    • Travel: Frequent travel across North East zones required.
