Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Zonal Sales Manager located in Noida. The Zonal Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations within their designated zone, developing and implementing strategic sales plans, building and maintaining customer relationships, managing sales teams, monitoring market trends, and ensuring targets are met. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills to drive sales growth and performance within the zone. Qualifications Strong understanding of sales principles and practical experience in sales management Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans.Conducting sales events across indian and International cities. Excellent communication and negotiation skills Experience in building and maintaining customer relationships Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a sales team Analytical skills to monitor sales performance and market trends Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Ability to work independently and handle a high-pressure environment Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Experience in the relevant industry is a plus This a travel job with almost 6-8 cities in a month. International travel can also be a requirement. Fluency in English is mandatory Ready to learn expirement and take on responsbilities. This position would be based out of Noida.This is playing a crucial role in the founder's office.
