Job Description

Designation:

Sales & Marketing (AM / DM / Manager)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Dealer base expansion
  • Order taking and execution from dealers
  • Operating retail stores
  • Working in a pre-defined PJP (Permanent Journey Plan)
  • Conducting site visits
  • Organizing mason and engineer meets & engagements
  • Conducting dealer meets and road shows
  • Execution of all outdoor signages
  • Leading and managing ASO teams of distributors
  • Developing brand strategies, promoting brand growth and expansion
  • Implementing brand plans and using data to drive volume and profitability
  • Exploring market trends and identifying new opportunities
  • Analyzing sales funnels and customer intent
  • Measuring ROI of online and offline advertising campaigns
  • Tracking all-India BTL/ATL marketing activities
  • Reporting on marketing KPIs such as leads, conversion rates, website traffic, and social media engagement
  • Tracking email campaign metrics (delivery, open rate, click-through rate)
  • Monitoring budget allocation and performance of paid ad campaigns
  • Conducting competitive research and analyzing benchmarking data
  • Recommending website and campaign optimizations
  • Researching and implementing marketing tools to support product promotion
  • Working closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for new customer acquisition
  • Building sales pipeline for new business opportunities

Required Experience:

  • Minimum

    34 years

    of experience in

    B2B & B2C Sales and Marketing

    , preferably in

    construction product segments

    such as

    TMT, Cement, or Paints

  • Candidates with prior experience in reputed brands like

    TATA Tiscon, Dalmia Cement

    , etc., will be preferred
  • Strong understanding of

    North-East market

    for TMT and cement products, and established

    dealer networks

Educational Qualification:

  • BE/B.Tech

    (preferably in Mechanical or Metallurgy)
  • MBA

    in Sales & Marketing (preferred)

Age Criteria:

  • Young and dynamic candidates preferred
  • Maximum age:

    30 years

  • Must possess a

    valid driving license

    and be open to traveling up to

    20 days per month

Language Proficiency:

  • Proficiency in

    local languages

    will be given preference
  • Must be fluent in at least one of

    English or Hindi
