Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Zonal Sales Manager to lead and manage our loan sales operations across the Ameerpet zone. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in home loans and mortgage loans, with proven leadership and team management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage sales teams to achieve zonal targets for home loans and mortgage loans
• Develop and implement strategies to increase business volume and market share
• Build and maintain relationships with key channel partners, builders, and DSA networks
• Monitor and drive performance of the sales force, ensuring productivity and compliance
• Oversee end-to-end loan origination, from lead generation to disbursement
• Collaborate with operations, credit, and backend teams for seamless processing
• Ensure compliance with all internal policies and external regulatory requirements
• Analyze market trends and competition to identify new growth opportunities
• Prepare periodic business reports and sales forecasts for senior management

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in home loan and mortgage loan sales
• Strong understanding of loan products, credit policies, and processing procedures
• Proven experience in managing large teams and achieving aggressive sales targets
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Strong relationship management with DSAs, builders, and customers
• Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and make data-driven decisions
• Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred but not mandatory
