Zonal Sales Head

Role Overview

The Zonal Sales Head will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and managing a high-performing sales team across the assigned zone. This role requires strategic planning, execution, and leadership to meet revenue targets and expand YNM Safety’s presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute zonal sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
• Identify and acquire new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing ones.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the zonal sales team to ensure high performance.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with business goals.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements.
• Prepare regular reports and forecasts for management review.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance, and ethical practices.
• Represent YNM Safety at client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 8–12 years of experience in sales, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in infrastructure, road safety, construction materials, or related industries will be an added advantage.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the zone.

Compensation

• Salary: No bar for the right candidate.
