Role Overview: As the Zonal Business Head, your primary responsibility will be to lead sales operations in your designated region, focusing on driving growth strategies and ensuring market dominance. You will play a crucial role in acquiring, managing, and cultivating relationships with Category A and B real estate developers and brokers. Your key tasks will include achieving ambitious business targets, boosting net sales, and exploring new revenue streams through Magicbricks" range of product offerings. Key Responsibilities: - Devise and implement innovative annual and quarterly sales strategies to exceed targets and drive regional expansion strategically. - Recruit, mentor, and guide a high-performing team of Account Managers, fostering a culture of excellence and aligning with business objectives. - Forge and nurture robust relationships with key clients and stakeholders to elevate customer satisfaction and ensure efficient issue resolution. - Collaborate with product teams to shape and refine offerings based on market demands, ensuring seamless coordination among team members. - Utilize your extensive real estate or digital advertising experience to enhance Magicbricks" market presence through existing developer connections. - Stay updated on industry trends and competitive dynamics to position Magicbricks strategically for sustained success. - Exhibit exemplary work ethics and professionalism, leading by example and cultivating a culture of continuous improvement and ethical conduct. - Demonstrate a proactive and dynamic business approach with strong market analysis capabilities, exceptional communication skills, and a relentless drive for revenue growth while upholding the highest standards of integrity.
