Key Responsibilities: Sale of zinc in region comprising of Maharashtra, Gujarat and Chhattisgarh with annual sales value of INR 8000 Cr. Enhance wallet share in existing accounts and new customer acquisition to ensure sales & outstanding debtors as per business plan. Strategize and execute 100% online sales through an E-Commerce platform complying with cardinal principles. Focus on margin protection and strategize to tap MSME segments. Key account management including customer plant visits to understand technical requirement and new product development. Prompt addressal of customer complaints to meet service/ quality expectation. Desired Attributes : Qualification: BE + MBA / CA with minimum 8 - 10 years post qualification experience.
