Key Responsibilities: Sale of zinc in West region comprising of Maharashtra, Gujarat and Chhattisgarh with monthly sales value of approx. INR 700 Cr. Increase and deliver targeted market share and wallet share in existing accounts. Increase market share via new customer acquisition and ensure sales & outstanding debtors as per business plan. Strategize and execute 100% online sales through an E-Commerce platform complying with cardinal principles. Focus on margin protection and strategize to tap MSME segments. Key account management including customer plant visits to understand technical requirement and new product development. Prompt addressal of customer complaints to meet service/ quality expectation. Desired Attributes : Qualification: BE + MBA / MBA / CA / CWA / CFA with minimum 8 - 10 years post qualification experience.
