Key Responsibilities

Zoho Solution Design & Implementation

• Lead end-to-end implementation of 

  Zoho One and individual Zoho applications

  .
• Translate business requirements into scalable 

  functional and technical solutions

  .
• Configure modules, workflows, automation, approvals, and integrations.

Documentation & Process Management

• Prepare and maintain:

• Live Scope Documents

• Process Flow Diagrams

• Functional Requirement Documents (FRD)

• Business Requirement Documents (BRD)

• Conduct 

  AS-IS and TO-BE process mapping

  .
• Create SOPs, UAT cases, and training manuals.

Customization & Automation

• Develop and support:

• Deluge Scripts

• Custom Functions & APIs
• Third-party integrations (Payment Gateways, WhatsApp, Telephony, Accounting, ERP, etc.)
• Build automation using 

  Zoho Flow & Webhooks

  .

Client Consulting & Support

• Lead 

  client discussions, requirement workshops, demos, and UAT

  .
• Act as a solution advisor for CXOs and department heads.
• Provide 

  post-implementation hyper-care & AMC support

  .

Zoho Applications Expertise Required

• Zoho CRM / CRM Plus

• Zoho Creator

• Zoho Books, Inventory, Expense

• Zoho People, Recruit, Payroll

• Zoho Desk, Projects

• Zoho Campaigns, Marketing Automation

• Zoho Analytics

• Zoho Flow, Forms, Sign, WorkDrive

(Hands-on exposure to multiple apps is mandatory.)

Technical Skills Required

• Knowledge in 

  Deluge Scripting

• REST APIs & Webhooks understanding

• Understanding of

  Integration with 3rd party applications

• WhatsApp Business API, Telephony Systems understanding
• Data Migration & Validation understanding
• Advanced Workflow & Blueprint Automation

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3+ years of experience as a Zoho Techno-Functional Consultant
• Strong command over BRD, FRD, Process Flow, Live Scope Documentation
• Client communication & solution presentation
• Experience in Manufacturing, EPC, Education, Real Estate, Healthcare, and E-commerce domains is a plus
• Strong analytical, problem-solving & communication skills
