Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Zoho Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and customizing Zoho applications (such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Desk, etc.) to meet business requirements. This role requires a deep understanding of the Zoho ecosystem, API integrations, workflows, and custom functions to optimize business processes. Key Responsibilities: · Zoho Application Development: Develop and customize Zoho applications (Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Desk, etc.) based on company needs. · Custom Functions and Workflows: Create custom workflows, functions, and automation within Zoho to streamline operations and improve efficiency. · API Integrations: Integrate Zoho with other third-party applications and internal systems using APIs and custom integrations. · Data Management: Manage and maintain data within the Zoho ecosystem, ensuring accuracy and consistency across platforms. · Technical Support: Provide ongoing technical support for Zoho applications, troubleshoot issues, and resolve them in a timely manner. · Zoho Reports & Dashboards: Design and implement custom reports, analytics, and dashboards for key stakeholders. · Collaboration: Work closely with different departments to understand their requirements and provide Zoho solutions that address their needs. · Training & Documentation: Provide training for end-users and create documentation to help them effectively use Zoho applications. Required Skills & Qualifications: · Experience: Proven experience as a Zoho Developer with expertise in Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Desk, and other Zoho applications. · Programming Languages: Proficiency in Deluge Script (Zoho’s custom scripting language), JavaScript, HTML, and APIs. · API Integration: Experience with API integration, data migration, and third-party application integration. · Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to quickly resolve issues. · Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. · Zoho Certifications (preferred): Zoho CRM or Zoho Creator certifications would be a plus. · Other Tools: Familiarity with other CRM systems, project management tools, and cloud services is advantageous. Education & Experience: · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 6 month -3 years of experience working with Zoho products and developing custom solutions within the Zoho ecosystem.
